Madeline + Beau – A Windwood Dream

Bride and Groom at Windwood Equestrian

Take a glance at Madeline + Beau – a Windwood Dream. Madeline has the sweetest heart and is always full of pure joy. The couple was first introduced to Arden many years ago on the set of a styled shoot. She has since become friends with the Uptons and has continued to do Arden’s Hair over the years. The couple tied the knot on the farm this past March on a beautiful spring day!

Early during the planning process, Madeline had choose to have a wedding planner. Once Maddie met with Anita Kanellis of AK Brides she know Anita was the planner for her! (Read more about Anita here!) The lounge area in front of our fig vine covered fireplace was the perfect lounge space for guests on Madeline and Beau’s winter wedding day. An extra bit of coziness for guests once the sun went down. The blue velvet couches from PropHouse paired with ivory and pale pink pillows brought a touch of softness to Windwood‘s courtyard. Bloom & Petal brought the courtyard to life with their floral arrangements. Madeline had selected soft shades of pink roses and white hydrangeas for her centerpieces. All highlighted with a touch of blue delphinium.

When it came time for Madeline & Beau to select their wedding photographer, there was no doubt in their mind who it would be. They picked Madeline’s friend Arden, owner of Arden Photography. Arden has been photographing weddings since 1999. Her goal “is to craft fine art images documenting your love story,” and she does just that! Not only did Arden capture the couple’s wedding day story, but she also photographed their engagement photos and Madeline’s bridal portraits.

Bridesmaid’s dresses don’t all have to be the same dress or even the same color. Maddie had a color palette of various shades of blue, from pale baby blue to deep navy. She then asked each of her bridesmaids to select a dress they felt beautiful wearing. The combination of the colors mixed with each woman’s personality meshed together perfectly on the big day.
