Corporate Events at Windwood Equestrian, Weddings, and Events are unforgettable. Our facility can host small (25 guests and under) or large groups (up to 500 guests) and corporate galas. We offer free Wi-Fi and have indoor and outdoor spaces that are sure to spark creativity and enthusiasm. Staff help organizing your event activities. We can pair your chosen activities with luncheons or larger events tailored specifically to your needs. Consider us for your next team event, sales training, or annual meeting. We are an ideal location just minutes south of Birmingham.

Yes! We allow an opportunity for a rehearsal before your wedding day. We also offer a weekend package, which includes access to the facility the evening before your wedding day and allows you to host a rehearsal dinner. This is available, pending weekend availability, for an additional fee.

We can host your event any day or night of the week. We only host 1 event per day.

On the day of your event, Windwood will open at 8:00 am. Vendors are welcome to arrive at 12:00 pm. Your reception will end at 10:00 pm. The gates will close at 11:00 pm! Unless you make other arrangements in writing.

There are (75) chairs, (10) 60 inch round tables, and 10 linens included with the venue. You will have the choice of ivory or black linens for your tables.

Ivory or black linens will be included for the 10 tables that are provided in your package. A wide variety of additional or specialty linens are available for rent.

We do have recommended vendors. Vendors outside of this list are available, pending Windwood’s approval.

We have multiple weather plans based on guest count. We recommend discussing specific plans with our Event Coordinator.

Yes! You can book our Carraige House (guest house often used for wedding photos) though Airbnb.
