We offer the perfect venue for your wedding dreams to come true. Whether your goal is a luxurious Southern-style tented wedding, or a unique European inspired courtyard ceremony, your options are limitless. We will make it our priority to bring your wedding dreams into a reality. Windwood offers an array of rentals, ranging from tables, chairs, bar fronts, specialty items, and select linens, as well as outdoor heating and air conditioning units.
Our facility can host small (25 guests and under) or large groups (up to 500 guests) and corporate galas. We offer free Wi-Fi and have indoor and outdoor spaces that are sure to spark creativity and enthusiasm.
In addition to the perfect spaces for your event, we offer unique team building packages that can include equine experiences or shooting sporting clays. Participation in group activities, while only being 15 minutes from town, will surely help build leadership skills and improve team bonding. We can pair your chosen activities with luncheons or larger events tailored specifically to your needs.

Yes! We allow an opportunity for a rehearsal before your wedding day. We also offer a weekend package, which includes access to the facility the evening before your wedding day and allows you to host a rehearsal dinner. This is available, pending weekend availability, for an additional fee.
If there is not another event already scheduled, we can host your event any day or night of the week.
On the day of your event, Windwood will open at 8:00 am. Vendors are welcome to arrive at 12:00 pm. Your reception will end at 10:00 pm. The gates will close at 11:00 pm!
There are 75 chairs, 10 60-inch round tables, and 10 linens included with the venue. You will have the choice of ivory or black linens for your tables.
Ivory or black linens will be included for the 10 tables that are provided in your package. A wide variety of additional or specialty linens are available for rent.
We do have recommended vendors. Vendors outside of this list are available, pending Windwood’s approval.
Yes! Alcohol is welcome at Windwood. Please bring your own and hire a licensed bartender to serve the alcohol.
